Job summary

SST Mobility is hiring experienced NEMT drivers in Nashville to transport clients to medical appointments and community programs. Base pay is $15–$16.75 per hour with premium rates at $18 per hour and a guaranteed 35 hours per week, plus opportunities for extra hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Experience in transportation services preferred.
• Scheduling passenger pickups and drop-offs experience appreciated.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (40–70 lbs) and to remain calm under pressure.

At SST Mobility , we provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for clients attending medical appointments, rehabilitation services, dialysis appointments, and community programs.

We Are Currently Hiring Experienced

• NEMT Drivers
• Wheelchair Transport Drivers
• Patient Transport Drivers
• Paratransit / Shuttle Drivers
• Healthcare experience such as CNA, EMT, or caregiving is also valued
• Drivers that live within 30 minutes of Nashville are ideal

Schedule

Drivers must be available:

• Monday - Friday
• Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Up to 40 hours per week

Occasional weekend shifts may be available and are paid at the premium rates.
