Job summary

SST Mobility provides safe, reliable transportation for clients attending medical appointments and community programs. We are hiring experienced drivers, with base pay $15–$16.75/hr and premium pay up to $18/hr, plus a $500 sign-on bonus and benefits. Routes are planned ahead, with 35 hours/week guaranteed, and possible additional hours.

Requirements include valid license, clean record, 1 year in transportation preferred, and ability to lift 40–70 lbs. Equal opportunity employer.

At SST Mobility , we provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for clients attending medical appointments, rehabilitation services, dialysis appointments, and community programs.

We are currently hiring experienced:

• NEMT Drivers
• Wheelchair Transport Drivers
• Patient Transport Drivers
• Paratransit / Shuttle Drivers
• Healthcare experience such as CNA, EMT, or caregiving is also valued
• Drivers that live within 30 minutes of Nashville are ideal

Schedule:

Drivers must be available:

• Monday - Friday
• Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Up to 40 hours per week

Occasional weekend shifts may be available and are paid at the premium rates.
