Job summary

Nation's Transportation is seeking Care Partners to provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to members. You’ll use your own insured vehicle to transport clients safely to appointments, with a focus on reliability, courtesy, and compliance.

The role offers flexible schedules and the ability to work on your terms while supporting our mission to improve access to care. Earnings are earned directly by Care Partners without commissions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle that meets standards (2010 or newer).
• Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes.
• Ability to pass vehicle inspection.
• Vehicle registration in your name.
• Strong communication and a focus on helping members.

Responsibilities

• Use your personal, insured vehicle to transport members safely and on time.
• Provide a professional, courteous experience with door-to-door or curb-to-curb service.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow trip instructions through HQ Portal.
• Maintain vehicle safety and compliance.
