Job summary

Nation's Transportation is seeking friendly Care Partners to provide non-emergency medical transportation using your own insured vehicle. You’ll help members reach medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations with safety, reliability, and care.

As an independent contractor, you keep 100% of your earnings and set your own schedule. You’ll communicate with dispatch, follow trip instructions, and deliver courteous, door-to-door or curb-to-curb service while maintaining

Qualifications

A valid driver's license is required.
Reliable, insured vehicle (2010 or newer) is required.
Ability to pass background checks and certification processes.
Ability to pass vehicle inspection.
Vehicle registration in your name is required.
Strong communication and a focus on member service.

Responsibilities

Use your personal, insured vehicle to transport members to and from destinations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to trip details.
Provide a professional and courteous experience with door-to-door or curb-to-curb service as needed.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow all trip instructions via the HQ Portal system.
Maintain your vehicle to meet safety and compliance standards.
Accommodate mobility assistance or companion travel when required.
Stay flexible and responsive to trip updates or changes.
