Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle meeting safety standards (2010+).
• Ability to pass background checks and vehicle inspections.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Use your personal, insured vehicle to transport members to and from destinations safely.
• Provide door‑to‑door or curb‑to‑curb service and a professional experience.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow trip instructions via HQ Portal.
• Maintain vehicle safety and compliance standards.
• Accommodate mobility assistance or companion travel when required.
• Stay flexible to changes in trip assignments.
