Exceptional, seasoned candidates only need to apply for skilled grill and cook position.

Specialist will utilize and manage patented Nelson’s PORT A PIT grill for highest quality and delicious cooked product. Permanent position, with a varied schedule based on event volume and serve times. Grill Specialist will float into kitchen and be cross trained across all operational duties.
