Qualifications

• Knowledge of beer and cocktail programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest service and communicate effectively with FOH and BOH.
• Greet guests within 1 minute of seating.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Remove dishes after each course and keep tables clean.
• Maintain knowledge of Pelican menu items, events and community involvement.
• Assist other team members as needed.
