Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 / hour base pay + commission/bonus per booked estimate ($25+ effective hourly earning potential)

About the Role

Wolfpack Exterior Services is seeking an outgoing, high-energy Neighborhood Marketing & Canvassing Representative to lead our local field outreach.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand in targeted neighborhoods—distributing promotional flyers/door hangers and speaking directly with homeowners about our exterior cleaning and property care solutions (window washing, lawn maintenance, pressure washing, and seasonal cleanups).

You are not closing high-pressure sales on the spot. Your primary goal is sparking friendly conversations, identifying property needs, distributing promotional materials, and collecting contact information for a free, no-obligation estimate.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk assigned target neighborhoods placing door hangers/flyers on residential doors according to company distribution maps.

• Knock and engage homeowners with a polite, professional, 60-second pitch introducing our services.

• Collect contact info (name, address, phone number, email) and service interests from homeowners who want a quote.

• Adhere strictly to local community solicitation guidelines and respect all posted "No Soliciting" properties.

• Log distributed materials, territory coverage, and warm leads daily using a mobile tracking app.

• Represent the company with clean branded attire, a welcoming smile, and courteous neighborhood etiquette.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Communication: Upbeat, personable, and articulate. You should enjoy talking to new people and not be discouraged by standard door-to-door objections or "not interested" responses.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking 4–8 miles per shift outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Reliability: Self-motivated to work independently in the field with minimal direct supervision.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle to travel to daily assigned neighborhoods across the local area.

• Smartphone: Reliable smartphone with data for territory mapping and lead logging.

• Guaranteed Base Hourly Pay: You get paid for every hour you walk, plus performance bonuses for every qualified lead and booked job.

• Flexible Schedules: Afternoons (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) to hit neighborhoods when residents are home.

• Full Field Kit: Branded shirts/gear, door literature, and clear talking points/scripts provided.
