Civic Works seeks Clean Corps Team Members to transform neglected alleys and vacant lots into clean community spaces in designated Baltimore neighborhoods. You will join a small crew, work under a supervisor, and perform trash removal, loading, mowing, and trimming in all weather conditions.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm (35 hours/week) with occasional evenings or weekends for clean-up events. Safety, teamwork, and a positive community presence are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work closely with teammates under the direction of a team supervisor.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and follow safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Transform trash-covered alleys and vacant lots into clean, neat spaces.
• Assist the supervisor in trash collection and proper loading onto the team truck.
• Work in all weather conditions, maintaining safety and efficient work methods.
• Mow and trim open lots as assigned; operate equipment after training.
• Maintain safety for self and teammates and respect community members.
• Contribute to a positive, upbeat presence to engage neighbors in beautification.
