Job summary

Integrity Home Exteriors is seeking motivated individuals for the Neighborhood Canvasser / Inspection Representative role in Toledo. You will meet homeowners, schedule free exterior inspections, perform inspections, and connect homeowners with solutions that protect and improve their homes.

No construction experience required; training and tools provided. Successful reps can earn $50,000–$60,000+ in their first year through base pay, bonuses, and commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and city permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and explain our free inspection program.
• Schedule and complete exterior inspections with homeowners.
• Identify exterior concerns and document findings for the sales team.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer homeowner questions.

What You'll Earn

Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000-$60,000+

Your earnings are made up of several components, giving you the opportunity to earn well beyond your hourly base pay.

Compensation includes:

• Paid Training
• Hourly base pay
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Commission on any appointment you generate that results in a completed sale

Your performance directly impacts your earnings, and successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $50,000-$60,000+ in their first year.

Revenue Commission

In addition to your hourly pay and weekly appointment bonuses, you'll earn commission on the revenue generated from any appointment you set that results in a completed sale.

Our experienced sales team consistently converts qualified appointments into completed projects, giving our team members meaningful opportunities to earn both weekly bonuses and revenue commission.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your responsibilities include:

• Meet homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Introduce Integrity Home Exteriors and explain our free inspection program
• Schedule and complete exterior inspections
• Identify potential exterior concerns and document findings
• Answer homeowner questions professionally
• Build trust and represent our company with integrity
• Record inspection information using a company-issued tablet
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Week 1 Tuesday-Friday 9:45 AM-3:00 PM

Week 2 Monday-Friday 9:45 AM-3:00 PM

Regular Schedule

Standard Season: 9:45 AM-6:30 PM

Winter Season: 9:15 AM-6:00 PM

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to successfully complete a company background check
• Ability to meet any additional background screening requirements required for city permitting
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Ability to memorize and confidently present a company script
• Ability to climb ladders safely
