Negotiations and Contracts Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage, self-monitor progress, and close contract opportunities where Strada is selected to deliver services; manage simple to complex contract negotiations and changes to contracts.
  • Collaborate with attorneys within internal legal team; facilitate and work closely with the internal stakeholders including sales, solutions, business units, and other shared services to enhance and reinforce the persuasiveness of one's own efforts and to achieve executed client contracts.
  • Prepare contracts using existing templates clearly and concisely, editing for clarity, as needed.
  • Proofread, edit, fact-check, and analyzes contract terms and conditions for accuracy and consistency.
  • Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language; be consultative, decisive, transparent, and candid, to educate the client and internal team on our business issues.
  • Negotiate contract terms with external clients via document drafting and virtual or face-to-face meetings.
  • Gains broad agreement from others, bridge differences, and encourage closure when viewpoints may be very far apart.
  • Provide collaborative inputs and exhibit proficiency in business acumen/finances, cost drivers, accounting rules, negotiation skills, and creative thinking.
  • Analyzes a contract’s risk to the business.
  • Strong experience presenting and communicating to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Education And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of client contract management or client account/project management service delivery experience.
  • Willingness to work virtually or in an office setting and in a geographically diverse workplace.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to suggest solutions to solve problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
  • Possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills understanding where to stand their ground while keeping both the company and client’s best interests in mind simultaneously.
  • Experience in SaaS, BPaaS, BPO, and/or HR/payroll models
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Work Monday through Friday with some overtime based on priorities
  • Travel when necessary (
  • Meet important deadlines within pressured environment.

    Organization, critical/strategic thinker, challenge status quo, creative, analytical, process expert that can parlay skills regardless of category, subject-matter expertise a plus, project management skills, implementation, comfort with corporate finance and associated metrics / approaches.

    Work Location: Role is remote or may be based in a US Strada office.

    Salary Pay Range

    Minimum

    102,400 USD

    Maximum

    162,600 USD
