Automotive Service Manager or Service Advisor

Duties and responsibilities include: Direct customer service & sales, estimating, work flow coordination, inventory control, quality control, product delivery, and of course, direct responsibility for ensuring every customer has an “unforgettable experience” with us.

We prefer at least 3 years experience as a service advisor or service manager in the industry as well as experience and a strong working knowledge of the RO Writer software system. (Or we will train the right candidate.) The job does require a person with some automotive technical familiarity, an organized and friendly personality, as well as the ability to motivate & manage others.
