Reliable After-School Caregiver Needed for Two Teen Boys

Im looking for a dependable, patient, and caring caregiver to help with my two teenage sons in the afternoons while Im working two jobs.

The main responsibility will be picking up my son from school and taking him to his services, then picking him up around 6:00 p.m. While we are waiting for my other son, to finish his services, Id like the caregiver to spend time with my other son working on reading, writing, homework, and other educational activities.

My goal is to create a consistent after-school routine and help my boys spend less time on screens and more time focused on homework, reading, writing, and other productive activities.
