The Virginia Department of Elections is seeking an Azure Business Intelligence Developer with 3-5 years' experience to join an ongoing project. The role involves working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a data and analytics team to design, develop, test, and support data-driven solutions. The candidate will lead and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data warehouse and BI systems, applying data architecture, integration, and analytics principles. Experience with cloud-native data warehousing platforms, ETL development, and enterprise data management best practices is required.

Required Skills and Experience

1. At least 3 years designing, developing, supporting enterprise data warehouse and BI solutions.
2. Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory.
3. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric.
