BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role. The position offers relocation support of up to $15,000 and requires one in-person visit per month.

You will assess needs, design plans, and supervise technicians to support meaningful client progress. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, caregiver collaboration, and thorough documentation to meet ethical and clinical

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
