Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role. Includes one required in-person visit per month and relocation support up to $15,000.

You will assess behaviors, design and supervise treatment plans, guide technicians, and collaborate with families to drive clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation. Prior ABA experience and Nebraska licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
