Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services with Nebraska licensure. The hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month, with remote work for the remainder, and relocation assistance is available.

The position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.

Education
