Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Louisiana. The role focuses on inspecting tacked, welded, painted, and galvanized parts, performing MT inspections, and ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1 standards.

You will maintain inspection records, verify conformance to drawings, and drive corrective actions when needed. Ideal candidates will have welding quality control experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and tape measures to 1/16 inch.
• Experience in welding/manufacturing quality control preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tacked, welded, painted, galvanized parts per quality processes.
• Perform MT inspections (dry powder) on weldments.
• Maintain quality records and test status across manufacturing.
• Initiate corrective actions for nonconforming conditions.
• Ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.
