Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect tacked, welded, painted, and galvanized parts for adherence to drawings and Sabre quality standards. You will perform both in-process and final inspections per AWS D1.1, maintain inspection status, and drive corrective actions when nonconformities are found.

The role requires reading blueprints, using measuring devices, and ensuring clear communication of results while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and weld symbols.
• Maintains quality records and inspection status.
• Performs in-process and final visual weld inspections per AWS D1.1.
• Communicates inspection results clearly and promptly.
• Ensures compliance with Sabre quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspects tacked, welded, painted, galvanized and manufactured parts.
• Verifies rework and repair of nonconforming products.
• Initiates corrective action requests for non-conformities.
• Maintains legibility and completeness of inspection records.
• Ensures customer requirements are met or exceeded.
