Job summary

Webco Industries is seeking an NDT Technician to ensure the reliability and accuracy of non-destructive testing operations within our Oklahoma facility. You will maintain NDT equipment, support production, and ensure testing meets internal and regulatory quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, NDT experience (Eddy Current and Ultrasonic preferred), strong troubleshooting, and proficient MS Office/Access skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; QA coursework recommended.
  • Metals manufacturing exposure; ISO/QS 9000 familiarity a plus.
  • NDT experience with Eddy Current and Ultrasonic testing preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong Access skills.
  • Excellent organization and ability to work independently.
  • Eager to pursue ongoing education; curious and analytical.
  • Excellent technical writing for reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain NDT equipment to ensure testing continuity during production.
  • Rebuild broken testers and equipment offline.
  • Maintain parts inventory and manage vendor relations for magnetic analysis equipment.
  • Order lease parts and equipment as needed.
  • Calibrate and maintain Olympus parts, probes, and equipment.
  • Calibrate and maintain GE portable UT equipment.
  • Conduct testing studies, end suppression studies, and capability studies.
