Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. You will use multiple methods (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT) and interpret results with accuracy, while following TEAM procedures and safety standards.

This role requires traveling to refineries or plants, maintaining detailed records, and mentoring assistants. Candidates should hold Level II certifications, and API/CWI/AMPP credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• NDT Level II certifications or equivalents required.
• APIs or other advanced certifications preferred.
• TWIC or site access credentials required.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work extended hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results with reports and forms.
• Supervise NDT Assistants during field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices and site safety protocols.
• Uphold TEAM’s safety-first culture and professional standards.
