Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is seeking Level II UTSW/MT Technicians for contract assignments in northwestern Ohio. Overtime and per diem paid. Opportunities in various locations in the south central US and Midwest for on-site inspections. AWS D1.1 experience required.

Project duration estimated at 4–6 months. Competitive pay and per diem/travel provided. Additional locations in VA, NC, WI, and IL may be available.

Qualifications

• AWS D1.1 experience required.
• Level II UTSW/MT Technician qualifications preferred.
• Ability to perform examinations per procedures, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform examinations of materials according to procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Be familiar with methods and supervise trainees as needed.
• Interface with managers and clients to determine scope and priorities.
