Job summary

Oceaneering Houston is seeking an experienced NDT Inspector to perform and witness radiographic inspections for internal and external customers. You will read drawings, calibrate equipment, and ensure calibration standards are met while collaborating with engineers and quality personnel.

This role supports FATs, NCRs, and QA objectives, with occasional overtime and a night shift starting at 3:00 PM. The ideal candidate holds a Texas radiography cert or ASNT IRRSP and has hands-on radiographic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years NDT experience or equivalent.
• Texas State Radiographer Certification or ASNT IRRSP.
• ASNT-TC-1A Level II in PT & RT (CR/DR).
• Hands-on radiographic interpretation in production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and witness NDT inspections for internal and external customers.
• Set up, verify, and calibrate NDT equipment; ensure instruments are in-date.
• Interpret radiographic film and CR/DR images; document indications.
• Read drawings and acceptance criteria; compare results with specs.
• Provide technical guidance and informal training to junior technicians.
• Support FATs, NCRs, and quality objectives.
