Job summary

Millerbernd Manufacturing Company in Winsted, MN, is hiring an NDT Quality Technician 1 or 2 for 1st shift. The role tests and inspects products per applicable codes. Open to Level 1 or Level 2 NDT qualifications with a Monday-Thursday, 5am-3pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified Level 2 in VT, MT, UT or PT preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience interpreting codes, standards and welding symbols.
• Proficient blueprint and drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Set test equipment and adjust for metal type, thickness, and distance.
• Conduct non-destructive tests and evaluate against standards.
• Prepare reports and document results; initiate accept/reject decisions.
• Maintain equipment calibration and assist training of other NDT staff.
• Enter job data into production tracking system.
