Millerbernd Manufacturing Company is seeking an NDT Quality Technician 1 or 2 for 1st shift in Winsted, MN. The role involves testing and inspecting parts at various production stages to ensure conformance with applicable codes. Open to Level 1 or Level 2 NDT technicians. Schedule: Mon-Thu 5am-3pm.

Salary range is $27.17 to $32.12 per hour, with Freight Train Profit Sharing and comprehensive benefits including health and 401(k). Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• NDT methods including VT, MT, UT, PT per standards.
• Level 2 cert or higher preferred.
• Experience interpreting codes, standards, and welding symbols.

Responsabilités

• Determine test equipment settings based on material and dimensions.
• Set up and perform tests following procedure requirements.
• Apply penetrants, cleaners, and couplant as needed.
• Conduct NDT tests (visual, penetrant, UT, magnetic) to verify specs.
• Mark parts for conforming/defective areas and document findings.
