Acuren Inspection, Inc. is recruiting RT & NDT Assistants for call-out work to support our operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

These roles require traveling from the Tulsa shop to job sites on short notice and involve assisting in calibrations, non-destructive testing, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and recorded results. Local candidates based in Tulsa or within about 30 miles are preferred due to travel requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Technical background desired.
• Background check required for trustworthiness per regulations.
• Motor Vehicle Driving record must meet company standards to drive company vehicles.
• 40 Hour Radiation Safety Training (40RAD) required.
• IRRPS card required.
• State Card (Industrial Radiographer) status a plus.
• TWIC card required.
• Local to Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Set up and utilize Nondestructive Test equipment.
• Assist Radiographers in the calibration of NDT equipment.
• Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods of inspection.
• Record results of inspections.
• Assist performing NDT procedures, carrying equipment and other operations.
• Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management.

• Must be able to have experience, credentials and history to be certified as Trustworthy & Reliable to comply with federal and state regulations, as determined by a thorough background check
