Albany Engineered Composites (AEC) designs, develops, and manufactures advanced composite components and offers a Day shift position in Salt Lake City, UT. The role performs non-destructive tests on materials and assemblies using radiography, ultrasound, penetrants, and other methods, with emphasis on certification requirements.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, some college science background, and the ability to pass Level I certification examinations.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Level I certification examinations and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and standardize equipment; conduct tests per instructions.
• Be familiar with scope and limitations of the technique and applicable codes.
• Understand product manufacturing/inspection tech and assist in test fixtures design.
