Job summary

Arrowhead Products in Los Alamitos, CA is seeking an NDT Inspector to perform liquid penetrant and visual weld inspections on aircraft hardware. You will evaluate weld quality to meet specifications and mentor Level I personnel.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and ASNT Level I and II.
• Documentation showing minimum hours of formal training per NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A.
• Experience with NADCAP audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper warm up and system checks of NDT equipment.
• Maintain logs for traceability of components.
• Interpret and evaluate NDT results per codes and specs.
• Write work instructions and documentation for processes.
• Assist in NADCAP and customer audits as needed.
• Provide on-the-job guidance to NDT trainees and Level I staff.
