Job summary

Klute is seeking a QC Inspector – NDT Level II Certified to ensure our steel fabrication meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and performance. Location: York, Nebraska, full-time, $30–$35/hour, DOE.

You will perform inspections and nondestructive testing, evaluate materials and workmanship, document findings, and help ensure compliance with applicable specifications, codes, and company quality standards.

Qualifications

• ASNT Level II certification in UT or MT, or CWI
• Ability to perform nondestructive testing and welding inspection to prescribed standards
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and nondestructive testing per requirements
• Evaluate materials and workmanship for conformance to specs
• Identify nonconforming products and communicate findings
• Ensure compliance with codes, specs, and company procedures
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Collaborate with production to uphold quality and customer satisfaction
