Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform nondestructive testing and inspection services at client sites nationwide. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compliance with codes, with opportunities for growth and field leadership.

Ideal candidates hold multiple NDT Level II certifications and state credentials, can travel, and communicate results clearly to clients and peers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather.
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures, client specs, and codes.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using proper forms or digital systems.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel in the field.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding job scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Ensure radiation safety practices where applicable, including dosimetry and barricading.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and site safety protocols.
• Uphold industry codes and TEAM's standards of professionalism and quality.
