Job summary

Southern Tool Inspection is seeking NDT Inspectors with MT and PT experience in Oklahoma City to join our growing team. This is a full-time role with health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

You will inspect downhole tubulars, travel to rigs and yards, and maintain records to ensure safety and quality. Applicants should hold a Level II NDT certification with MT and PT experience, and be prepared to work in oilfield environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Level II NDT certification with MT and PT experience.
• Experience inspecting downhole tools in oilfield or similar environments.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and perform tool prep.
• Proven hours and current inspection certifications preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform MT and PT inspections on downhole tools.
• Maintain safety protocols and proper documentation.
• Travel to rigs, yards, and facilities as needed.

Our Immediate Needs

We Need NDT Certified Inspectors w MT and PT Exp. with Experience

Required Experience: NDT Inspectors- with Experience in Oilfield Down Hole Tools!

Like BHA components on Rig Location

• Level II Inspector w/ MT & PT Certifications:
• Actively Inspected in the Last 6 Months
• Other Inspection Certificates like UT Shear Wave/Wall Thickness or Eddy Current a Plus, but not necessary
• Must be willing to Clean and Prep Tools for yourself or other Inspectors
• Must be willing and able to visit customer facilities, rig sites, and pipe yards
• Required/Beneficial safety training: Safeland, Rigpass, H2S
