Job summary

Southern Tool Inspection is seeking NDT Inspectors with MT and PT certifications for our Mt. Pleasant, PA location. The role focuses on inspecting downhole tubular goods used in oil and gas, including BHA components, mud motors, and rotary steerables.

Level II certification and active inspection experience are required. The position is full-time with health insurance, 401K, and additional benefits. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability

• NDT Inspector Level II with MT & PT certifications.
• Experience inspecting downhole oilfield tools (BHA components, mud motors, rotary steerables).
• Able to pass drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform MT and PT inspections on downhole tubulars and tools.
• Prepare and clean tools for inspection and documentation of results.
• Maintain safety practices and teamwork in a field/ shop environment.

Our Immediate Needs

We Need NDT Certified Inspectors with Experience in MT and PT for our Mt. Pleasant, PA Location.

Required Experience: NDT Inspectors- with Experience in Oilfield Down Hole Tools! Like BHA components, Mud Motors, Rotary Steerables

• Level II Inspector w/ MT & PT Certifications:
• Actively Inspected in the Last 6 Months
• Other Inspection Certificates like UT Shear Wave and/or Eddy Current a Plus, but not necessary
• Must be willing to Clean and Prep Tools for yourself or other Inspectors
