Job summary

Southern Tool Inspection in Oklahoma City, OK, seeks an NDT Inspector with MT and PT certifications to support oilfield downhole tool inspections. The role involves field visits to rig sites and pipe yards, tool prep, and collaboration with a team.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with training in Safeland/Rigpass/H2S beneficial. Positions include full-time work with health insurance, 401K, and housing/per diem support when deployed to ND.

Qualifications

• NDT inspection experience in oilfield downhole tools.
• MT and PT certifications required or equivalent.
• Experience with other inspection methods a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect BHA components on rig location.
• Clean and prep tools for yourself or other inspectors.
• Visit customer facilities, rig sites and pipe yards.

• Rotational Inspector
• Casper Home Base Rotations to Williston, ND for Shop Work
• Housing in ND Provided
• Per Diem Included while in ND

We Need NDT Certified Inspectors w MT and PT Exp. with Experience

Required Experience: NDT Inspectors- with Experience in Oilfield Down Hole Tools!

Like BHA components on Rig Location

• Level II Inspector w/ MT & PT Certifications:
• Actively Inspected in the Last 6 Months
• Other Inspection Certificates like UT Shear Wave/Wall Thickness or Eddy Current a Plus, but not necessary
• Must be willing to Clean and Prep Tools for yourself or other Inspectors
• Must be willing and able to visit customer facilities, rig sites, and pipe yards
• Required/Beneficial safety training: Safeland, Rigpass, H2S
