Job summary

Modern Industries, Inc. seeks an NDT Fluorescent Penetrant & Magnetic Particle Inspector - Level II for on-site work in Tempe, AZ. You will perform inspections and ensure compliance with ASNT/NAS 410 requirements.

The role requires Level II certification, pays a $2,000 sign-on bonus (half after 30 days, half after 60 days), and requires strong ability to follow instructions and record calibrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASNT / NAS 410 Level II certification for Fluorescent Penetrant & Magnetic Particle Inspection.
• 270–530 documented hours depending on PT/MT and prior certification.

Responsibilities

• Process parts and perform equipment standardization checks per Level III approved instructions.
• Demonstrate practical knowledge of processing parts through the penetrant line during the annual audit.
• Verify calibration status of all gauges and meters and log daily.
• Apply and remove penetrant, dry parts, and evaluate acceptance per requirements.
