Job summary

National Inspection & Consultants, an Element Metals Technology Company, seeks experienced NDT Level II Eddy Current (ET) Technicians with FPI experience to support on-wing aircraft inspections.

This contract/project-based role involves extensive travel to customer locations in the aerospace sector. Must hold ET and PT, as well as FPI/PT experience; aerospace inspection experience is preferred. U.S. citizenship is required due to ITAR.

Qualifications

• NDT Level II certification in Eddy Current (ET) and PT.
• Documented FPI/PT experience.
• Aerospace inspection experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Eddy Current (ET) inspections in accordance with applicable procedures and specifications.
• Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) as required.
• Support on-wing aircraft inspections, including field inspections of aircraft structures and/or components.
• Properly interpret and evaluate inspection indications.
• Complete inspection documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow customer, OEM, and applicable NDT procedures and specifications.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance while working in various field environments.
• Travel extensively to support customer locations and inspection projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who enjoy working in the field, traveling to different locations, and supporting aerospace inspection programs.

Responsibilities
