Job summary

The position requires NDT Level II certifications in UT, VT, PT and a GED or high school diploma, with experience in GD&T and measurement techniques. Must be able to setup equipment and follow procedures for aerospace/defense applications.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; NDT Level II certs in UT, VT, PT preferred.
• Knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection methods.
• Knowledge of GD&T and nondestructive testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing (NDT), VT, PT, and UT per applicable methods.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of tubing materials and welds.
• Prepare inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
• Set up equipment for NDT using UT and other methods.
• Evaluate test results against standards and prepare documentation.
• Maintain instruments and ensure calibration per schedule.
