Job summary

The MJD Foundation (MJDF) in Miami is looking for an NDIS Support Coordinator to be a vital link between families and essential supports they need.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships, coordinating supports aligned with participant goals, and helping families navigate the NDIS effectively. Ideal candidates will hold at least a Certificate IV in Disability and have experience in NDIS Support Coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in NDIS Support Coordination or a related role in disability, health, or community services.
• Commitment to working in partnership with Aboriginal families and communities.
• Willingness to travel to remote NT and QLD communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supports in line with participant goals and NDIS funding plans.
• Build strong relationships with families, providers, and internal teams.
• Support access to health, housing, education, and other mainstream services.
