Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) seeks a 2nd shift Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) Technician to join the Milwaukee Service Center. You will perform NDE tests, calibrate equipment, and document results, making accept/reject decisions per established standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing with NDE methods, knowledge of ASTM NDE and ISO standards, and strong written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent, plus NDE coursework, preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical/NDE courses a plus.
• 2–5 years in a manufacturing facility using NDE applications and methods.
• Knowledge of ASTM NDE and ISO standards.
• Proven written communication skills.
• Ability to properly perform calibrations.
• Analytical skills with good judgment to interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDE tests to detect defects using established inspection methods.
• Set up and calibrate NDE equipment and procedures.
• Interpret test results and document findings clearly.
• Organize and report test results with accuracy.
• Carry out specialized inspections as required by procedures.
• Perform other job-related tasks as needed.
