Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) seeks a 1st shift Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) Technician to join the Milwaukee Service Center. You will perform daily NDE tasks, calibrate equipment, document results, and make accept/reject decisions per procedures and standards.

The role requires understanding of NDT methods, knowledge of ASTM/ISO standards, and strong communication and analytical skills. Safety and proper reporting are essential in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; technical NDE coursework a plus.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing using NDE methods.
• Knowledge of ASTM NDE and ISO standards.
• Proven written communication skills.
• Ability to calibrate equipment.
• Analytical skills with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct NDE tests to detect defects using NDE methods.
• Set up and calibrate NDE equipment.
• Interpret results and report findings.
• Ensure safety and adhere to specifications.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of results.
