Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing production environment.
• Level II certification(s) in NDT/NDE methods.
• 5+ years of aerospace experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize workflow management.
• Manage inspector career development planning.
• Prioritize inspection quality by deploying lean strategies.
