Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supervisor, NDE Operations in Brownsville, TX, to lead the NDE function with a focus on quality control and inspection management. The ideal candidate will interface across teams, manage inspector development, and utilize various inspection methods to ensure product reliability.

Applicants should have strong leadership skills and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, along with a high school diploma and preferably a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading/managing a team in a manufacturing production environment.
• 3+ years in quality management and/or non-destructive testing/examination experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize workflow management.
• Manage inspector career development planning and certification training.
• Ensure team maintains proficiency using modern inspection methods.
