Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced NDE professional to maintain and standardize global ND&E procedures. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and collaborating with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams across Flowserve sites, including Bethlehem, PA.

Ideal candidates hold ASNT Level III in RT/UT with 3–5 years of NDE experience, and possess strong analytical and communication skills to train personnel and act as ND&E Certification Authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum ASNT Level III certification in RT and UT with willingness to advance in other methods.
• 3–5 years of experience in NDE inspection or QA in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and write global ND&E procedures, acceptance criteria, and techniques.
• Standardize high-quality ND&E operations across Flowserve locations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, regulations, and customer specs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality control teams to resolve ND&E issues.
• Provide training and guidance to ND&E personnel to enhance skills.
• Act as the global ND&E Certification Authority.
• Stay updated on ND&E industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote safety culture.
