Job summary

TEAM, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks an entry-level NDE Assistant to support certified NDT technicians across client locations in refining, petrochemical, power, nuclear, aerospace, and municipal sectors.

The role involves assisting with inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT), preparing materials and equipment, and upholding radiation safety and site protocols. Travel and field work are expected; lifting up to 50 pounds is required, with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings and background checks.
  • Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and other required site access credentials.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments (confined spaces, elevated areas, variable weather).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver via ladders and stairs, and work flexible or extended schedules.
