Job summary

TradeWind Services is seeking a Non-Destructive Assay Expert Technical Reviewer to oversee NDA activities for TRU waste and LLW/MLLW at the Client’s facility. The role involves expert reviews of NDA systems, calibrations, and data analysis to ensure compliance with ANSI/ISO and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include procedure reviews, RTR video assessments, ISOCS modeling, instrument oversight, and support for software validation and audits by DOE and EPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physics or engineering with NDA and nuclear experience.
• 5 years NDA experience and 2 years nuclear experience.
• Masters degree preferred for advanced qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent technical reviews of NDA systems and data.
• Review procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee calibration, operation, and troubleshooting of NDA instruments.
• Validate NDA data and batch reports in Waste Tracking System (WTS).
• Support audits by DOE and EPA and assist in criticality safety controls.
