Responsibilities

• General administration of Fortress’s global compliance program.
• Assisting with the administration of the firm’s NDA process.
• Assisting in the analysis of potential material, non-public information.
• Assisting with the administration of the firm’s Restricted Trading List.
• Assisting with domestic and international regulatory reporting (including SEC, NFA, FINRA, SFC, FCA, and other regulators).
• Conducting additional ad hoc compliance assignments, including periodic compliance testing and routine regulatory examinations.
