Job summary

University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville is seeking a Clinical Programs Coordinator I to support the UF CARES CQI Plan and coordinate NCQA PCMH activities. You will manage patient services, administrative tasks, and data tracking to ensure NCQA compliance and continuous quality improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating healthcare quality initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements and logistics for PCMH annual recognition.
• Coordinate patient services and administrative activities related to clinical data and NCQA regulations.
• Develop and coordinate patient services to review NCQA standards and monitor COI strategic plan.
• Assist providers by monitoring patient care plans and treatment problems.
• Maintain records and reports related to NCQA/PCMH; track data in Excel.
• Coordinate PCMH committee meetings and participate in health-related task forces and advisory committees.
• Attend NCQA workshops and webinars; provide health education to patients, staff, and practitioners.
