Zusammenfassung

York County Sheriff's Office is seeking a full-time NCIC Clerk to maintain security, confidentiality, and accuracy of records, retrieve information for law enforcement and the public, and perform clerical tasks.

The position offers a 12-hour schedule with weekends and holidays, and a salary range of $17.80–$21.36 per hour based on qualifications. Associate’s Degree preferred and NCIC data entry experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred.
• S.C. Notary Public.

Aufgaben

• Operate front desk; answer lines, log visitors, assist with records and fee payments.
• Enter data into NCIC and related systems; perform monthly NCIC validations and data integrity checks.
• Process warrants entries; maintain and verify records; purge as needed.
• Coordinate with York County Public Safety Communications and other agencies.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
