Job summary

Clean Energy & Infrastructure Services is seeking an Apprentice Program Trainer responsible for executing training initiatives within the Apprenticeship Program. This role ensures high-quality instruction and compliance with NCCER standards, requiring both NCCER Instructor Certification and subject matter expertise.

The position entails delivering craft training programs, maintaining training records, and collaborating with the apprenticeship program team to assess curricular effectiveness and improve training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Five years experience relevant to the position, or three years with a degree.
• Four years construction experience in wind, solar, or energy storage.
• Experience supporting apprenticeship programs or vocational instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver craft training programs and facilitate hands-on assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance and performance.
• Organize and secure all training equipment and materials.

Bilingual in English and Spanish
