Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select cables, ropes, pullup, winches, blocks and sheaves according to load.
• Attach pullup and blocks to overhead structures.
• Assemble and disassemble cranes.
• Splice rope and wire cables to make or repair slings or tackle.
• Attach load with grappling devices to crane hook.
• Direct hoisting operations to ensure safety of workers and material.
