Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NCCCO certification required.
• Ability to operate hydraulic swing cab cranes both small and large.
• Knowledge of rigging inspection color codes.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and policy acceptance required.
• Compliance with safety requirements and ability to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate various power-driven equipment (crane, backhoe, bulldozer, etc.) safely.
• Read and interpret load charts; follow hand signals and supervisor directions.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper inspection of rigging and color codes.
• Move materials and coordinate with foreman or site manager for placement and timing.
• Follow safety policies and company/ client site rules in all tasks.
